Like many companies, Plymouth Science Park (PSP) grew up with departmental software, working with several different systems to support finance, bookings, website enquiries, estate management, health & safety, park visitors, CRM, marketing and helpdesk.
The information was largely held on a huge number of excel spreadsheets, which were owned by a single person with no visibility across the team. Until fairly recently, there were no alternatives.
