Meli Melo is a high-end design and production house and retailer of handbags and other luxury leather goods whose existing ERP system was struggling to keep up with the increasing demand of their growing business needs. The need for multiple points of integration and lack of real time reporting was causing supply and demand issues. CloudTamers started work in August last year and provided a robust software solution managing retail outlets and e-commerce sales seamlessly – all in time for the Christmas rush.
