As a general principle, at the recruitment stage we focus more on attitude and aptitude than we do on qualifications and will work with the right person to bridge any skills gaps. If not at the start, as our technical staff progress within Cloudtamers they will become conversant with the NetSuite business management suite and the principles of management accounting, obtaining recognised qualifications where appropriate.
