CloudTamers Roll Out Lease Management for NetSuite Software in the African Market

CloudTamers has won two significant new deals in Africa which has enabled it to roll its globally popular Lease Management for NetSuite into a new continent.

Johannesburg based C-GES runs the largest volume of student accommodation in the Southern hemisphere through its Citiq brand.  Offering students accommodation, lifestyle and community in residencies based in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Nelspruit.  The business has recently concluded a NetSuite Finance implementation.  CloudTamers will be enhancing their NetSuite finance system by adding lease management capability which will enable the booking of accommodation and services.  They will also be using the SuiteApp to manage commercial properties.

Meanwhile, in Kenya, the Nairobi based Sarit shopping centre has commissioned CloudTamers and NetSuite to handle the finance and lease management of their retail units.  The immensely popular centre was opened in 1983 and was the first large shopping mall of its kind in the Nairobi community.  Today it serves the public with shopping and food outlets, whilst the business community can benefit from office space and commercial property leasing.  CloudTamers Lease Management for NetSuite will handle the “everything under one roof” service through parent and child space records, automated invoicing and billing forecast report automation.
