To that end, we have set out a contingency plan to demonstrate how we will prioritise the safety of all our people, whilst continuing to provide essential services to you, getting you homeworking enabled and keeping your systems operational.
Contingency Planning for Staff and Customers
Following the UK government guidelines, we have immediately closed our CloudTamers’ HQ at Gloucestershire College. Our staff have been mandated to work from home and all face to face meetings with customers have been cancelled in lieu of virtual meetings.
We are well placed to operate fully and effectively from our home environments. As resellers of cloud-based software, CloudTamers uses NetSuite as its principal business software. That means projects, consulting and support continue as planned. There will be no interruption to service.
Our phone and virtual meeting software systems are also cloud based so you will be able to contact us and hold remote face to face sessions as normal.
In recognition that some of our customers need urgent changes and updates made to their NetSuite system in order to fully enable home working, and to facilitate the speedy implementation of new NetSuite customers to the same end, we are operating an overtime policy for our professional services consultants. The aim is to ensure we achieve the best outcome for you and your business during this trying time.
We are working hard to bring new NetSuite consultants into CloudTamers so that your implementation time-frame can be shortened and you can realise your time to value and home working potential as quickly as possible.
