Plymouth Science Park (PSP) is the largest Science & Technology centre in the South West. A growing community of over 120 businesses employing upwards of 900 people, generating a combined turnover of £100m, the Park is home to a business community consisting of everything from one man start-ups to multi-national corporations.
Like many companies, PSP grew up with departmental software, working with several different systems to support finance, bookings, website enquiries, estate management, health & safety, park visitors, CRM, marketing and helpdesk. The information was largely held on a huge number of excel spreadsheets, which were owned by a single person with no visibility across the team.
